there are two types of sophisticated investors / partners in the world of investing.  Those who focus on one type of investing and those who focus on different types of investing.  As with many things, we would like to think of our selves as a third type of sophisticated investor - we focus on helping our partner attain their goals.

As such, each investor has a different goal and path for which to reach that goal.  We help out partner down the best path for them.

For example, two gentlemen we are working with are trying to quickly increase capital without the trouble of tenants and renting.  For them, the natural choice is a flip.

Another partner wanted to see stronger cash flow and as such, we found a property with substantially higher than average cash flows.
