Can it be done? It started with a book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and a seminar. – “Fast Track to Cashflow”. After completing second printing, in his national best selling book, “Real Estate Investing in Canada: How to Create Wealth with the ACRE System” Campbell prominently featured the Mark and Carol as a successful example of his philosophy and system. “They have taken real estate investing to a whole new level by focusing on ensuring others are successful. Through effective buying, Carol’s sister purchased her first home for $102,000 and after only $8,500 for paint, flooring, and new kitchen, it is worth $129,000 in less than 2 months.
