About Carol Garrett

Mrs. Garrett, with the loving support of friends and family, is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations for The Right Side Group.  Mrs. Garrett has over 20 years in the customer service and sales field for the retail sector.  Mrs. Garrett spent 15 years of her career working for the Kitchen Family at Lansing Buildall – a regional lumber and building materials supplier.  The company focused on the home owner as the key customer.  During this time at Lansing, Mrs. Garrett held many rolls including her final roll as Operations Manager for the Newly Built REVY Big Box outlet.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Garrett’s unique ability to create self sufficient teams who’s focus was on cross functional discipline and customer service propelled her through the company.  Sought after for her ability to manage the needs of customers, Mrs. Garrett was ultimately reunited with a Kitchen Family spin off company.  Hired for her ability to grow sales, increase customer service, and systemize many of the company’s key processes.

Mrs. Garrett has since gone on to work in partnership with her husband to create a very successful real estate business witch offers additional services to other investors including Rent Up and Tenant Screening, a property preparation company with her sister, and a system of managing properties, investors, and projects that is look at as a process for industry leadership.

Once again joining forces with her husband Mark Garrett and the team at Balanced Earth™, Mrs. Garrett’s unique ability to create self sufficient teams, impeccable customer service, and operational efficiencies are helping to propel Balanced Earth™ to become leaders in the GTA’s Lawn Care service industry.

About Mark Garrett

Mr. Garrett, with the loving support of friends and family, is Co-Founder and President of the Right Side Group.  Mr. Garrett is a graduate of Michigan State University in marketing and supply chain management.  After successful positions in grocery retail, manufacturing, and third party distribution, Mark moved to a role in a small start up company where he held many roles including product development, implementation, customer service, and finally as a Sr. Product manager for the company’s flag ship product line.  Due to international economic obstacles, the company was reorganized and the Canadian division was dropped.  With this new excitement for product development and inspired entrepreneurial spirit, Mark has looked for opportunities both in real estate and in business.

Mr. Garrett has become a leader in many communities through a basic philosophy of giving back and community responsibility.  Mark’s unique ability to relate to individuals at every level of an organization has received acknowledgement and praise for the past 12 years of his varied career. 

Mr. Garrett has also been very successful through his real estate investing portfolio purchasing over 25 properties with in the first year of his involvement with this class of investment.  Today, Mr. Garrett and his wife Carol are leaders in two of the leading private real estate investing groups winning awards and being recognized by peers for their ethics, leadership, and generosity.  Many of their investors reside in the GTA and many have become very excited about the latest venture pledging to support the company through both patronage and referrals.
