Joint Venture

By working together, we can help you find the most effective property for your investment needs.  We will conduct market research, locate the property, manage the property, and finally, monitor the exit strategy.  Our clients see Joint Venturing as a successful alternative to managing real estate investing.

Typical investments in a Joint Venture involve a minimum of two parties (you and me).  We define our terms of agreement in a Joint Venture Agreement.  In it's simplest form, you the investor is responsible for investing the all the capital.   We do all the work.

50 / 50 = we split all profits equally.

What are you responsible for?
Investment of the following (all cash investments):

  • Down payment

  • Closing Costs

  • Renovations (if required)

  • Staying fund

What are we responsible for?
Investment of the following:

  • Selection

  • Management

  • Purchasing

  • Operations

  • Tenant Management
