When dealing with our partners, vendors, and investors, we are very clear about our stand on mortgage fraud.  We tell our investors how we operate and then explain to our partners what they need to do to be on our team.  For example, we do not share legal advisors.  it is the Joint Venture Partner's responsibility to find their own lawyer.  We will not work with a mortgage broker that will not declare all of my properties.

If we find investors to be doing things unethically, we ask them to stop, we stop working with them, and we have gone so far in a few extraordinary cases, we have reported them.

As new real estate investors, most people are susceptible and vulnerable to the predators in the market place.  Please have your lawyer review ALL documents before you sign.
